Wanting to change your eating habits is great. Making a plan to change your eating habits is even better. So why not take it that next step and spend five to 10 minutes a day visualizing yourself making healthier eating choices? The great thing about visualization exercises is that they don't take much energy - you can do them in the shower as you get ready for work, or just after you check your email in the morning. If it doesn't take much effort, and it's an effective means for enacting change, why not give it a try?
